Cancellation/Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Nangarhar University Journal of Arts and Humanities.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our service or wish to withdraw your paper after submission, please carefully review this policy before contacting us.

1. When You Cannot Request a Cancellation

Once your article has been published in an issue of the Nangarhar University Journal of Arts and Humanities, it cannot be withdrawn or retracted.

2. Cancellation During the Processing Period

If your article is still under review or has not yet been accepted for publication, you may request withdrawal of the paper. However, a cancellation fee of 1500AFN will be charged. This fee covers the following services:

  • Plagiarism checker cost

  • DOI generation cost

3. Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds after an article has been accepted for publication. Refunds are only applicable during the processing phase and under specific circumstances where a paper is withdrawn by our cancellation policy.
